Stride Staffing is sourcing entry level candidates for an immediate hire to a leading company that specializes in large commercial millwork projects and retail fixture rollouts across the United States. This client specialty include the manufacturing and installation of finished wood and plastic laminate-clad millwork, wall paneling, casework, standing & running trim, fixtures, in-house solid and in-house staining & finishing.
Job Title: Shop Positions Warehouse
Pay Rate: $15/HR entry level-Pay is more based on experience
Location: Flower Mound, TX
**Shifts Schedule: **Day shift 7: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM Mon-Fri & Saturday as Needed
* Selection includes an interview and tour with client, $150 Sign on Bonus paid after two full weeks of employment.*
Skills & Requirements:
Must be able to meet production and quality demands.
* *Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, twist, and stand for long periods of time.
Take responsibility for quality assurance checks on work
Pay attention to detail and take pride in your work
Regularly adapt to a demanding, changing work environment, with competing demands
Follow all safety procedures
* *Must be a team player and willing to perform tasks that may not be in a particular job description, take initiative when appropriate, and be willing to learn
Able to multi-task
* *Able to follow directions
Work Environment-NOT CLIMATE CONTROLLED
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to all weather conditions, wood and metal debris. The noise level in some work areas may be very loud.
